We are dog friendly with dogs visiting in most units. No cats. All units have a small standard kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee makers, dish washer, ac/heat, & vacuum cleaner. There are 3 high speed internets in the building with no streaming or internet issues. There is one parking space per unit. Towing is strictly enforced in the city and our lot. Laundry room is under the concrete stairs. Free!
